Tricycle
This one . . . I don’t know what I was thinkin’ . . . This episode was the one that started the series down a whole new direction. This was the birth of Hoyletown and Bicycle Village. From there, the entire cast of characters was born. Enjoy this issue of The Saga:
The battle of good verses evil (Bicycle vs. Hoyle) has lasted years. Throughout the ages, the people of Hoyletown have always felt inferior (and rightfully so) to the people of Bicycle Village. Although there is nothing worse than a Hoyle who thinks he’s a Bicycle, there are a few things that come close, however.
One such tragedy is the mini me of Bicycle Village. That’s right a half-sized playing card that thinks he is the same. But even Hoyletown knows that these little runt-like wannabes are not the real deal. Though small and cute they are, they are not worthy to wear the name “Bicycle.” Yet they are not evil enough to wear the name “Hoyle.”
Therefore in an effort to keep the peace the little people of Bicycle Village have officially declared their independence and have peacefully become members of the sovereign town of Tricycle.
