Spectral Chill

The is effect can be found in the Bonus Section of my DVD Stone Cold Magic. It’s probably one of my all time favorite effects… Super creepy and really gives people the chills. Here’s the story originally written for the book version which was never published:

The joker will be sorry. He has tainted momma spot and she is lost. The poor little three of hearts is gone, and the joker wears a new crown. But the battle is not over; the boy who cried “joker,” has not written his final rhyme. The moment is near! The time is not now, but soon. For the spirit of the spot will not die, and the spirit of the spot will not sleep; he is destined to spend eternity making miserable the life of the joker who wears the heart on his crown.

The joker will not sleep; he will not close his eyes; for he will be haunted by the soul of the three of hearts. Everywhere he goes, he will feel the eerie power of the undead striking fear in the face of the angels on his back. For the remainder of his mortal life, the joker will be trapped by the endless horror, the horror that only a true heart can create, the horror known by all in Bicycle Village as the Spectral Chill.
